This masters thesis for the MSEE degree is a survey of electric power production and consumption in the northwestern US (primarily Oregon and Washington) for the years leading up to 1939. It contains many tables, some charts, and makes suggestions for several changes to the electrical distribution system to provide for increased distribution efficiency.
